The Second IFAP in Pakistan was held at National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences Islamabad. The main theme of this one-day event was Shari’a Compliance for the Branch Level Staff of Islamic Banks, and it was attended by a large number of Islamic bankers from Meezan Bank Limited, Bank Islami, Burj Bank, Faisal Bank Barkat, UBL Ameen, Dubai Islamic Bank, Habib Metro Bank, and many more. There was representation of female Islamic bankers as well. The concluding session was graced by HE Mr Mohammad Rashad Daureeawo, High Commissioner/Ambassador of Mauritius to Pakistan, who handed over HD Certificates to the delegates.
Trainers and presenters included Dr Humayon Dar (CEO Edbiz Consulting), Dr Amat Taap Manshor (CEO FAA Malaysia), Mr Muhammad Hanif (Assistant Professor FAST School of Management), Mr Amer Khalilurrehman (Lecturer IIUI) and Mr Ahmed Zafar (Path Solutions).
This one day training programme was supported by the Finance Accreditation Agency Malaysia and Path Solutions, an Islamic technology provider.
